In April 2021, Techexpo LLC manufactured a 1,2 MW power supply package for Generium JSC – a biopharmaceuticals manufacturer with labs with an area of 4.500 m2. Generium produces pharmaceuticals: Sputnik V, Antigma, Isoterm SARS-CoV-2, RNA-screen, Coagil-VII, Octofactor, Innonafactor, etc.

Techexpo built a 1,2 MW power supply package in the Vladimir region and modernized a 2500/10/0,4 packaged transformer substation to provide laboratory buildings, administration and storage buildings, and a boiler-room with emergency power supply. In addition, the Techexpo construction and installation department paved the asphalted road from the laboratories to the power supply package.

1,2 MW power supply package including:

  • Two TE.600С-T400-2RN based on Doosan DP222LC engine (South Korea) DGs with Mecc Alte EVO 40-VL (Italy) alternator in all-welded Sever-type containers of 7000х2500х3000 (LхWхH) dimensions with a 2000-liter shared fuel in a separate room and with a cabinet of common buses in a separate room.
  • EP-3 emergency fuel collection tank of the genset, volume: 3 cubic meter volume.
  • 0,4 kV diesel genset lightning protection
  • 0,4 kV diesel genset grounding
  • Low-voltage package module 0,4 kV terminal panel + copper buses SHMT 10*120.
  • Assembled ATS panel.

Construction and assembling operations

1) cabling and wiring products including four-core copper cable VVGng(А)-LS 4*240 ms-1 (200 m) and KGVVng(А)-LS 1*240-1 (300 m).

2) foundation for the diesel genset

3) foundation for the EP-3 emergency drain tank

4) cable routing from TP 967 to DG 0.4

5) materials for the foundation of DG and EP-3
