180 kW UPS for the Institute of Nuclear Medicine in Khimki

In 2020, Techexpo LLC delivered a 180 kW UPS for the Institute of Nuclear Medicine (Khimki city) for an X-ray therapy device.

The equipment configuration includes an INVT HT33200X UPS with an SNMP card for remote monitoring and a 24-month guarantee, 100 A/h accumulator batteries (80 pcs.) for working of the UPS to the load of 160 kW within 15 minutes, 950*880*1400 mm battery cabinet completed with battery breaker and battery jumpers.

According to the president of Medicina JSC, academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Grigory Roitberg, the institute will include departments of radiation and radionuclide therapy, brachytherapy, department of radionuclide and radiation diagnostics, as well as a cyclotron-radiochemical complex. “In addition to clinical activities, a set of scientific works is planned at the Institute of Nuclear Medicine, both in the field of clinical research and in the aspect of scientific and practical conferences”.
