In December 2019, Techexpo delivered two mobile diesel gensets with a total capacity of 350 kW to the Sheremetyevo-1 Airport for Aeroflot PJSC.

Two diesel gensets 175 kW each are based on an FTP (Iveco) N67TM7 four-stroke-cycle 6-cylinder diesel engine and a Mecc Alte Italian four polar generator with a high H- insulation class.

The diesel genset control panel is based on a ComAp 25 AMF microprocessor controller.

The diesel gensets are housed in an original sound-proof all-weather enclosure and rest on vehicle chassis. A 500-liter fuel tank built into the genset frame is rated for 11 working hours in autonomous mode. There’s an external fuel tank filler neck on the genset casings. The diesel genset double protection for an emergency stop is provided by an emergency stop switch inside the control panel and outside under the cover.

Fire safety is ensured by fire extinguishers mounted on the unit and available for quick use. The gensets are additionally fitted with industrial sockets according to technical specifications to connect consumers and flashing yellow LED-lights.
