To modernize and deliver TE.320S-Т400-2RN Techexpo diesel genset Doosan (320 kW) based on a Doosan P158LE engine for Baikonur Cosmodrome. In September 2021, Techexpo LLC won a tender for the supply of TE.320S-Т400-2RN 320 kW Doosan Techexpo genset based on a Doosan P158LE engine and a G1R355SB current generator for Baikonur Cosmodrome. Baikonur Cosmodrome is the first and world’s biggest cosmodrome, which is located in the territory of Kazakhstan. The Baikonur Cosmodrome territory is 6717 km². Baikonur Cosmodrome and the city together form the Baikonur complex. It is from this cosmodrome the first satellite was launched declaring the beginning of the space age. For the first time in human history, Yuriy Gagarin flew into space. From this cosmodrome, launch vehicles were launched with German Titov, Valentina Tereshkova, Aleksey Leonov, Svetlana Savitskaya, and other space heroes of our country onboard. The DG is open-type with overall dimensions of 1650 х 3300 х 1950 mm. At the request of the customer, Techexpo engineers modernized the DG. For thermoregulation, a heat exchanger was installed (plate, detachable, PK Nord series NT (WN206-2021091490i)), a bracket was manufactured and mounted for it. The installation of the cooling system route was carried out, plugs were installed on the heater. The DG was connected to the heat exchanger and the coolant sensor was disconnected. A heat recovery system was installed. During the modernization of the DG, its dimensions (length) were changed from 3000 mm to 3300 mm. |
