In 2021, Techexpo delivered a 40 kVA DG with a Cummins 4BT3.9G1 engine on a chassis for the backup power supply of Fazer production (Fazer LLC).

Configuration:

  • Heavy-duty Cummins industrial diesel engine. The engine is equipped with lubrication, fuel supply and cooling systems, each of which has a corresponding filter (oil, fuel and air);
  • Waterproof (IP23) AGG brushless alternator in a self-excited and self-adjusting protective case, cooling system and wear-resistant bearings
  • Electrical equipment, charger from low-voltage (12/24 V) generator and electric starter;
  • Automatic voltage and frequency regulators;
  • Output circuit breaker with a set cut-off threshold for the output current of the generator
  • ComAp IL9 digital control panel
