To deliver a containerized diesel generator with auxiliary equipment under the client’s individual project In October 2019, a project for the manufacture and supply of containerized power equipment for Orica to Yakutia was completed. Orica corporation is the world’s largest manufacturer of explosives with operations in over 50 countries. The headquarters of the company is located in Melbourne (Australia). Techexpo LLC delivered a 13,6 kW TE.12S-T400-2RN diesel generator set with a Yanmar 4TNVB8 Japanese engine and Месс Alte generator (Italy). The diesel generator will serve as the main electricity source to power the pump's electric motor. To this end, according to the client’s specification, we installed auxiliary equipment in the DG container: pump electrical cabinets with a KGVVng-LS connecting power copper cable, a pump control panel, thermal protection and a softstarter for starting the pump, as well as the pump reverse option. The container has non-inflammable heat insulation and is designed to operate in the ambient temperature range from t = - 50 to +45 С. Dimensions: 3000х2400х2600 mm. The container is equipped with lighting, heating and ventilation systems, a fire alarm, and an automatic aerosol fire extinguishing system, including security, fire detectors and sound and light fire alarm devices. Before delivery of the equipment to the customer, the diesel generator set was successfully tested at the production facilities of Techexpo. |
