Manufacturing three containers for a pump unit of Belorusneft

In February 2022, Techexpo LLC manufactured for Belorusneft Belarusian State Petrochemical Company three all-welded containers 6.5 m long in the form of a metal module made of steel 09G2S (frame). The сontainers are installed on a skid with the possibility of cable transportation.

The body of the containers consists of two compartments - insulated and non-insulated.

One container is made with a brand image.

  • The insulated compartment is used to accommodate equipment: CAT C13 diesel unit, power take-off, power cabinet, control cabinet, auxiliary board, fire alarm cabinet, control panel, hydraulic tank, ventilation hood, radiator cooling grill, electric convector for heating. The thickness of the heat-insulating material is 100 mm. On the roof inside the container, there is a beam for a manual chain hoist (capacity of not less than 0.5 tons and not more than 1 ton), which will allow you to mount/dismantle the gearbox and pumps from the diesel unit and take them out/in through the entry door.
  • The drum of the high-pressure hose (for the pump) is located in the non-insulated compartment.

For refueling with diesel fuel, a fuel filler with a protective cap is provided outside the container. Lighting and fire alarms are assembled inside both compartments.
