| Task | Communication provision for the Customer's facilities located at a distance from each other in a remote area and to provide communication points with reliable low-power power supply. |
| Solution | Manufacture and supply of mobile communication complexes — modular structures consisting of mobile communication container units (MCC) and prefabricated antenna-mast structures (AMS), as well as the supply of diesel power plants for them. |
Techexpo provided supplies for a national-scale project with a development horizon of over 50 years. The destination for the equipment supply is located in the Far East of the Russian Federation. Therefore, in accordance with the request and wishes of the Customer, all project documentation was completed in 2 languages – Russian and English. What are the features of the project? The main feature of the project is the implementation of standards and conformity of products to the corporate identity of the Customer. To fulfill this order, Techexpo not only manufactured the required number of units, but also paid special attention to the Customer's technical requirements for operating conditions in a subarctic climate. The project also provided for special container design: the Customer's branding was applied to them in accordance with the request within the framework of the approved design project.
The main technical features of the project A total of 18 mobile communication complexes (MCC) with prefabricated prefabricated antenna-mast structures (AMS) and 18 sets of spare parts for them were delivered under the project. As well as 18 diesel electric power plants TE.25S-T400-2RN for them with a set of spare parts. The MCC is intended to be located in the Chukotka Autonomous District: on the Arctic Circle, 430 km by air from the port of Pevek on the coast of the Arctic Ocean. The minimum and maximum air temperature limits are from -60 to +34C. According to climatic conditions, the МСС location area belongs to the region of the Far North, with a harsh subarctic climate, with widespread permafrost. The MCC is designed to accommodate the equipment of the base communication station (BS), as well as to ensure its normal operation without the constant presence of personnel. The mobility of the MCC is ensured by the presence of metal skids for movement on the surface in conditions of snow cover.
Equipment Features Technical characteristics of BС MCC:
MCC configuration:
The MCC design uses solutions to eliminate freezing in the installation sites of doorways, cable entries and other structures. Special attention was paid to maintaining the reliability of the equipment in the subarctic climate in terms of cable glands, insulation of the block container, and solutions for connecting the ISS to the facility's cable lines. .
During the implementation of DGS, automatic oil heating in the crankcase, coolant from a liquid heater, and a diesel air heater were also provided. The capacity of the DGS batteries is provided with a margin. A symmetrical three-phase transformer is also installed to ensure load balance. The color scheme of the exterior of the BCS meets the requirements of the corporate identity of the Customer. The color scheme and branding of the containers were carefully coordinated before starting work on the project. Antenna-mast structure (AMS) The MCC package includes an AMS, a collapsible structure consisting of sections of the same length. In order to increase stability, it is planned to mount the AMC to the supporting parts of the ISS using metal struts that provide the necessary rigidity and structural strength. Tripwires were also provided to ensure the stability of the ISS. For each ISS, a DES consisting of 1 DSU of 25 kW was supplied for installation at the field as the main source of electricity. Completeness of the DGS:
The warranty period for the delivered products is 24 months from the date of commissioning. The project was completed on time and all the wishes of the customer were fulfilled.
