In accordance with the terms of reference, an optimal and cost-effective solution was proposed, which made it possible to solve the main tasks of the project, while at the same time making it as profitable as possible for the Customer.
The TE.600S-T400-2RN diesel generator set manufactured by Techexpo with a rated power of 600 kW was chosen as a backup power source: fuel consumption at 75% load is 148 liters/h. The DGS was delivered in a lightweight container made of sandwich panels with 50 mm insulation, which made it possible to reduce the cost of delivery, but nevertheless protect the equipment from negative environmental factors.

Commissioning Works
To complete the turnkey project, Techexpo specialists carried out a full range of necessary commissioning work, including starting the DGS at idle, checking the operation of the DGS emergency protections using the emergency stop button, checking the operation of the power cabinet with an automatic switch and checking the operation of the DGS under load with the possibility of delivering a load from 10% to 110% of the rated power DGS for not more than 1 hour.Warranty
The warranty period for the equipment and the work performed under the project was 12 months or 1,000 operating hours.
