10 diesel gensets with a total capacity of 1600 kW for Vodokanal of Saint Petersburg

In December 2020, Techexpo delivered 10 diesel gensets with a total capacity of 1600 kW for the needs of Saint Peterburg Vodokanal State Unitary Enterprise. The enterprise provides Petersburg citizens with water supply and wastewater disposal services - 5,3 million people, as well as dozens of thousands of city businesses and organizations. The Petersburg Vodokanal is also responsible for city fountains and public toilets, as well as stationary snow melting station construction and operation.

Diesel gensets with varied capacities of 640 kW, 500 kW, 300 kW, 3х100 kW, 2х40 kW and 2х20 kW are housed in an individual weatherproof, noise-proof case. The fuel tank is built into the genset frames.

The most powerful diesel-generator genset - TE.640S-Т400-2RP, with a rated power of 640 kW. The level of automation and a built-in 700-liter fuel tank enable the genset autonomous operation within 5 hours with a 75% load. The all-weather noise-proof case and an available muffler ensure just a 69 dB noise level of the running genset.

The diesel genset is also completed with

• a system of automated fuel feeding from external tanks;
• a set for remote control via GSM.
