Mobile DGs and electrical installation work for VTB bank branches across Russia

In 2021, Techexpo delivered for VTB Bank PJSC 10 mobile DGs with a power from 60 to 160 kW based on Doosan engines for backup power supply of bank branches in different cities of Russia.

7 DGs were delivered in mini containers to Rostov-on-Don, Blagoveshchensk, Chita, Samara, Izhevsk, Ekaterinburg, Perm, and 3 DGs – in soundproof cases to Omsk, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk. The DGs are completed with an automatic transfer switch (ATS) with the DG startup function if there's no mains power.

Techexpo engineers took measurements at each facility, and then agreed on an album of technical solutions with the demanding customer. Our company was able to offer a solution that does not require approval from Rostekhnadzor: placement in cramped conditions within the city (sometimes in the center) of mobile DGs and mobile cable channels. We received approval from the VTB security service, carried out the delivery of DGs, construction and electrical installation work with the connection of power cables. As part of the commissioning, we carried out load tests of the DGs in different modes of operation with the mains.
