Works on painting supports of high-voltage overhead lines (overhead lines 110-220 kV) in the amount of 200 units in the Leningrad region

Contract price: 38 822 804 RUR

Works for painting supports of high-voltage overhead lines (overhead lines 110-220 kV) in the amount of 200 pcs. in the Leningrad region was performed as part of preparations for the World Football Championship.

The required work was performed following the technology of painting metal, concrete, and reinforced concrete structures. Before painting the surface of metal supports was cleaned of rust, dedusted and defatted. After that, a special primer was applied.

Work was performed manually without disconnecting overhead lines. The painting was done manually in two layers with a special device with weather-resistant corrosion-inhibiting paint Armokot s70. It is specially designed for the protection of metal, concrete and reinforced concrete structures under the conditions of a permanently highly corrosive environment. When exposed to highly aggressive environments, it creates a protective barrier between the structure and the coating. Thanks to this, the structure is not exposed to a corrosion environment.

Works were performed just on time before November 30, 2017, under the contract.

The warranty period for the work result – 5 years subject to the correct operation

These activities were carried out in compliance with the requirements of SP 13-102-2003 “Regulations for examination of bearing engineering structures of buildings and structures”.

Then we carried out an instrumental examination to determine the actual loads and impact on the building. In addition, we measured the thickness of the concrete layer with a special tool. Verification analyses of the force plate of the foundation under transformers.

Based on the findings of the technical inspection, a report was drawn up including:

  • Data on instrumentation for conducting the examination
  • List of examined structures
  • Results of the visual inspection of the structures
  • Results of the measurement activities
  • Results of the determination of actual loads and impact
