Providing three main buildings of a perinatal center and an outpatient department with uninterruptable power

Solution

In December 2016, Techexpo delivered a 1200 kW diesel genset for the Perinatal center public health facility of the Ministry of Health of Kabardino-Balkaria in the city of Nalchik.

A Green Power GP1650A/MI Italian diesel generator is built on the basis of a Mitsubishi S12R-PTAA2 (Japan) engine and a Marelli  MJB450MB4 (Italy) generator, completed with a СomAp AMF-25 electronic control panel with RS-485 and a power-transfer relay. The genset has the 2nd level of automation.

A 'Sever’ type container with dimensions of 8000 х 2470 х 3000 mm and a sound-proofing chamber 15 dB produced by our company enable the genset operation at a temperature from -40oC to +50oC. The diesel genset auxiliaries board is of Techexpo own making.

An automatic aerosol firefighting unit PPKUP 2000-ASPT provides the fire safety of the container. 

The powerful diesel genset will ensure autonomous and uninterruptable power of five buildings of the perinatal center with an area of 35 000 m2 for 130 beds and the outpatient department.
