‘Lyublinskaya’ sewerage pump station redundancy

In March 2020, we delivered a 1500 kW diesel genset for Mosvodokanal ‘Lyublinskaya’ sewerage pump station.

The diesel genset automatically starts and powers the redundant load when there’s no voltage in the mains or voltage of the mains overruns. After mains parameters recovery, the diesel genset switches the redundant power supply load from the diesel genset to mains and restarts operation. The diesel genset provides continuous operation at the maximum values of generated power within 5 hours without refueling with fuel and engine oil. The diesel genset is automated providing automatic load acceptance.

A container for the diesel genset is heat-insulated, ‘Sever’ type, made from a 4 mm roll-formed metal section. The inner lining of walls and ceiling – 0.5 mm zinked stainless steel sheet, floor – 4 mm corrugated steel sheet. Installation openings and supporting structures for securing equipment, air-valves, an exhaust gas pipe, and devices for connecting external utilities are built in the container body.
