Two containerized diesel gensets with Cummins engines, construction and installation works and boiler house modernization for Saint Petersburg Heat and Power Company

In August 2020, Techexpo modernized two boiler houses for Saint Petersburg Heat and Power Company State Unitary Enterprise – a set of construction and electrical installation works with delivering and starting up two containerized diesel generators with Cummins engines 3000 х 2440 х 2590 mm, 2^nd degree of automation, with ATS.

The first 32 kW ТE.32S-Т400-2RN diesel genset with a Cummins S3.8G4 engine and a Stamford PI144J1 current generator is installed in Saint Petersburg on the Vasilievsky Island (10 Dekabristov lane).

The second 16 kW ТE.16S-Т400-2RN diesel genset with a Cummins Х2.5G2 engine and a Mecc Alte ECP 28-M/4 generator – in the Rzhevka district (14 Lesoparkovaya st.).

Works were carried out according to the project documentation: Boiler house modernization: construction and installation works with containerized diesel genset installation (design and detailed documentation) .  The client was provided with as-built documentation, certificates of conformity for all items, quality certificates and warranty certificates.

Within the framework of construction and installation works in accordance with the project documentation, sewer networks (wells) were transferred, diesel genset foundation was made, grounding, potential equalization were carried out. 0.4 kV cable lines were laid and check tests were carried out at the electrical laboratory.

Based on the work performed, the customer was handed over a set of documents of 46 types for every site: technical-readiness reports, acceptance reports, concealed works examination, installed electrical equipment schedules, pre-commissioning reports with test protocols, certificates, declarations, drawings.
