In 2021, Techexpo LLC developed a project for a backup power supply system with a DG TE.320S-Т400-2RP based on a Doosan (P158LE (398 kW) engine for four warehouses of Katrosa Reaktiv (supplier of chemical reagents). The encased DG was delivered to the Moscow region, and construction and installation works were carried out: trench excavation, cable laying (VVG 5x120, VVG 5x150, 5x70, 10x1.5), foundation preparation, tamping, installation of cable passages in the walls and partitions of the warehouse building, installation of ASU panels of the warehouse building and DG, pre-commissioning, load testing and commissioning of the DG. To ensure automatic switching from the main power source (TP exist., ASU1, ASU2) to the backup power source (DG), complete switchboards with ATS (ATS1, ATS2) are installed. VRU1.1-VRU2.4 are fed from Switchboard-ATS via separate CL-0.4kV. Automatic switching of lines for supplying ASU1.1-ASU2.4 to the DG is carried out using the control unit of Switchboard-ATS boards installed outdoors under a canopy near warehouse No. 1. The power supply of ASU1.1-ASU2.4 of warehouses in the operating mode is provided from the existing ASU1, ASU2 and TS 10/0.4 kV. In emergency mode, in the event of a power failure at the ATS1, ATS2 input, the built-in controller, using dry contacts, generates a signal to start the DG. Switching to the main/backup input occurs automatically. The load is limited by the currents of the incoming switches = 250A for each of the two outgoing lines from the ASU-1 and ASU-2. On the section from ATS to ASU warehouses - cable VVG 5 * 70 mm2 and cable VVG 5 * 120 mm2, with PVC insulation and a maximum operating temperature of + 70 °C. |
