In 2021, Techexpo LLC manufactured a power supply package with a total power of 3 MW for a driller at Kanandinskaya (Evenkiya, Taimyr) well of the Rosgeologia JSC holding. The power supply package is made in four skid-mounted containers (Techexpo own-produced), dimensions 12500х2450х3000 mm, and is designed to be used as the main source of power supply of a driller by the 6,3 kV line. The power supply package consists of three DG Cummins (two by 1200 kW and one – by 640 kW), 6,3/0,4 kV transformers, a control module.

The containers are turnkey completed with fuel, oil, cooling, lighting, control, heating, ventilation, fire safety, exhaust systems. The drawings and locations of facilities in containers are attached below in the Specification and Project Documentation tab.

The power supply package equipment is manufactured in the climatic version of a moderately cold climate, the arrangement category is I according to GOST 15150-69. The ambient temperature value when operating – from -50°С to + 40°С, earthquake requirements - 9 points according to MSK 64.

The design is stationary in a ‘Sever’ container. The container body is vandal-proof, leak-tight, thermal-noise-protective. The fire resistance degree is II according to SniP21-01-97. The seismic resistance degree is 9 points according to MSK-64. Container is a heat-insulated electrical room, inside which all equipment including MEP (lightning, heating, ventilation, socket network) is assembled. The protection degree - IP54, 2nd degree of fire resistance. An entrance door, openings of air valves, a louver, foundations and supporting structures for installing and attaching equipment, input-output openings of power and control cables, openings of the passages of pipelines of the mechanocaloric system of the genset are built in the body of the container unit. A swinging mounting hole (opening leaf) for mounting (dismantling) the DG and other equipment is made in the flat end of the container unit. Welded metal frame, anti-corrosion coating are provided.

A 2 mm thick corrosion-resistant steel sheet is used from the external side of the wall. A 0.5 mm polymer-coated corrugated steel sheet is used from the internal side. The thickness of the non-inflammable heat-insulation layer – less than 100 mm. The structure of walls, floors and ceiling provides heat insulation, vapor sealing, and excludes through frost penetration.

The firefighting system includes:

1) automatic fire alarm system;

2) automatic aerosol fire-fighting system;

3) automatic and manual fire detectors;

4) signal devices of the public fire alarm system and evacuation management, firefighting system operation;

5) a kit of emergency fire-fighting equipment (carbon dioxide fire extinguisher OU-5 - 2 pcs.).

The ventilation system is draw-in, with a mechanical draft, provides automatic maintenance of the set temperature in a container unit for the time of repair works. In the event of fire, the ventilation system automatically shuts down. The system ensures automatic temperature maintenance inside the container in a range from +15°С to +40°С.

Air intake valves – with electric and mechanical drive, equipped with in-built heating against freezing. The openings of air supply valves are equipped with protective leaves, which prevent damage to the valves during transportation and storage and provide protection against the entry of rain and snow inside the genset premises during operations. Ventilation apertures are equipped with protective louvers.
