Two diesel gensets 426 kW each for the construction of the Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex on the Don River

In June 2022, Techexpo company delivered two containerized gensets with a power of 426 kW each for a temporary power supply for the construction of the Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex on the Don River.

The Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex will create safe navigation conditions (waterway sizes 4.0-80-500 m) for unhindered passage of vessels along the Lower Don during the entire navigation period. The Bagaevsky hydroelectric complex includes an earth dam, a spillway in the body of the earth dam, a navigable double lock, a fish lock, a meandering fish and spawning channel. The facility is located near the Arpachin farm of the Manych rural settlement of the Bagaevsky district of the Rostov region at 3089 km off the navigation pass of the Unified Deep-Water System of the European part of Russia. Construction should be completed by 2023.

Two TE.400С-Т400-2RN containerized DGs of the 2^nd automation degree are based on a Doosan (Korea) DP158LD engine and a Crompton G1R355ME generator.

The power of each DG – 426 kW. Container dimensions: 5000х2300х2400 mm.

The color of the container from outside – RAL 9002 or 9003 (white), the color of the corner posts RAL 2010 (orange). Painting in any color as agreed is possible (no extra charge).

The capacity of the built-in fuel tank is 900 l. To increase the autonomous operation of the diesel generator, an additional 1000-liter fuel tank is placed in the container with an automatic fuel supply system.

The DG includes a diesel coolant heater, a fire and security alarm and automatic gas fire extinguishing, an emergency fire extinguishing panel, an industrial silencer, an auxiliaries board, cable trays with DG auxiliary cables and container systems, heating, lighting, ventilation systems.
