To deliver three containerized gensets for the emergency power supply of a water reservoir In February 2022, Techexpo delivered three TE.1200S-T400-2RN Cummins gensets with a total power of 3600 kW based on a Cummins KTA50GS8 engine and a Stamford PI734C current generator with an automated control panel based on a РСС 3.3 microprocessor controller with parallel operation function. Vodstroy open joint-stock company was founded in 1992 based on enterprises and organizations of the former USSR Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Management. The DGs are housed in all-welded, insulated and anti-vandal containers with overall dimensions of 9000х3000х3500 mm. In the process of creating the container, the client needed to install a fuel supply pipeline with a pump, which is located from the outside of the container, but due to the readiness of the container frame, this additional option was impossible to implement. Techexpo enginers suggested implementing an option for installing a manual pump R 0,8/30-01 inside the container with a connection to the fuel tank. A fuel hose connecting assembly is mounted on the pump without a connecting assembly ‘in the wall’. After coordination with the client, the option was implemented in the DG. |
