In November 2022, two all-welded heat-insulated containers for DG EMSA of a power of 208 kW and 807 kW were manufactured at the production facilities of Techexpo.

The first 10000 х 2500 х 2896 mm container consists of two compartments: the first one (assembly compartment) houses an 807 kW EMSA E PR ST 1110 diesel genset with control panel, stand-alone power cabinet with generator circuit breaker and a 980-liter fuel tank, and the second one – auxiliaries board, interface cabinet, fire extinguishing system, security alarm system, and fire alarm system.

The second 6000 х 2400 х 2600 mm container is mounted on a chassis. It consists of one compartment, which houses:

Both containers have an all-welded structure, a III fire resistance level. The floor, walls and ceiling of the containers are insulated with 100 mm thick heat-insulating material. The reinforced base of the container is made of steel channels and shaped pipes. The roof is made of 2 mm thick steel sheets, the floor is made of 4 mm thick painted corrugated diamond steel sheets. The external shell is made of 1,5 mm thick corrugated sheets with a paint coat of dark gray color (RAL 7021). From the bottom, the containers are sheeted with solid 1 mm thick sheets. Each container has a cable entry in the wall
