In 2021, Techexpo delivered a containerized data processing center and a DG for Saint Petersburg University of the State Fire-Fighting Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

Under state contract No.0372100009521000033 according to 44-FZ to the amount of 26,8 million rubles, Techexpo LLC manufactured and mounted a data processing center for IT facilities with a power of 80 kVA (for 8 stands), mobile diesel genset with a power of 160 kW, input switching devices and auxiliaries boards.

Containerized data processing center:

  • 13500*3700*3150 mm all-welded container, with monitoring systems, gaseous fire suppression unit + intrusion detector + notification (gas Freon 125), ACS, input switching device with external bypass for UPS 250kVA 1+0.
  • 200 kVA UPS, 5 min at 150 kW N+1 as part of PitON ХТ-series 200 kVA, 80 batteries DELTA HRL 12-260W, 2 battery cabinets.
  • Precision air conditioning system with PNR VR6050FT - 51 kW, feedforward, 1200mm, 400/3/50, R410a.
  • RCS-42-60/10A-WFA-2F-H 19" - S-class floor standing server cabinet, height 42U, width 600 mm, depth 1100 mm.
  • 16 C3 Solutions PV2004 Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
  • A turnkey video surveillance system of 4 Hikvision IP cameras with a dash cam.
  • DG with Doosan engine in a noise-proof case on a chassis, with ATS.

Techexpo LLC also performed electrical work on cable laying, commissioning with the connection of UPS and air conditioning systems, conducted testing at an electrical laboratory, set up control and monitoring systems.
