In July 2022, Techexpo company delivered an 808 kW TE.800P-T400-2RN mobile containerized diesel generator set with Cummins engine to Norilsk for Nordinvens LLC. This is a large company engaged in the processing of metal waste and scrap of non-ferrous metals in the region. The diesel genset will be used as a temporary power supply source. An 8000х2500х2900 mm heat-insulated all-welded container of the DG consists of assembly and fuel compartments. The assembly compartment houses the power equipment of the genset:
The fuel compartment houses an extra 3000-liter fuel tank with a fuel gauge, filler port, cooling system, emergency fuel drain and fire isolation valve. Outside the container, a bell is taken out to be able to refuel from a tanker pistol. The diesel genset receives fuel from a service fuel tank through the fuel line The DG is mounted on a car trailer, 849062 model, and capacity of 20 000 tons. The container is attached to the trailer using twist locks. |
