In January 2020, Techexpo delivered a 240 kW FOGO FDG 300 S diesel generator unit for the capital facility of an apartment block with integrated premises and underground parking of ‘Dom na Laboratornom 23A’ residential complex in Saint Petersburg.
The diesel genset will be used as a main independent supply source for concrete heating units at the construction site. The Fogo FDG 300 S diesel-generator is based on a Scania DC09 073A (Sweden) four-stroke-cycle diesel and a Sincro SK250LL (Croatia) generator with a high insulation category by thermal resistance – category H. A genset of the first degree of automation. Starting, stopping and controlling with auxiliary mechanisms are carried out manually by maintenance staff. The genset panel is based on a ComAp 25 AMF microprocessor controller. The genset is fitted with a generator circuit breaker, coolant electrical heating, a 220 V battery recharging device, an oil discharge pump, an industrial muffler. The diesel-generator is housed in a soundproof all-weather enclosure. A 930-liter fuel tank is built into the diesel genset frame. This is sufficient for 20 hours of autonomous operation. Fuel rate at a 75% load - 48 liter/hour.
