Task The task was to provide backup power supply to the customer's facility for situations of complete or partial power failure.
Solution The solution is the supply of a diesel power plant with a capacity of 1200 kW, carrying out commissioning and load testing.

Our customer, LLC «GarantPromStroy», is engaged in the construction of various facilities. To ensure the power supply of one of them in the Central Region of Russia, the company contacted Techexpo. After visiting the specified facility, Techexpo specialists developed the optimal technical solution for solving the customer's tasks and began to implement it.

The main feature of the project is a comprehensive solution to the problem of turnkey backup power supply. From a technical point of view, an important part of the project was the synchronization of the genset and UPS (uninterruptible power supply) with the network. The uniqueness of the project is that the battery life of the genset at a load of 970 kW is 10 minutes.
To connect a reliable backup power supply, a TE.1200S-T400-2RN diesel generator set based on a Perkins closed engine in a container was selected. Also, an uninterruptible power supply is included: HIDEN EXPERT HEM600-50X, HIDEN EXPERT HEPM50X-E, battery capacity, battery backplane.

In addition to the main equipment, a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) was also supplied complete with a battery tank and a battery backplane.
