Task The task was to provide a backup power supply to a continuous-cycle enterprise in cases of complete or partial de-energization.
Solution The solution is to supply a 1200 kW diesel power plant in a container complete with a closed 10 kV switchgear.
Morgaushskaya poultry farm is an enterprise with a Soviet history. It is located far from roads and railways, as well as large industrial facilities. The factory is equipped with modern equipment, which requires a constant stable power supply. Power outages are critical for the company. Therefore, Techexpo was tasked with developing and designing a solution for connecting the factory to a backup power source in case of emergency and force majeure situations.

Power outages of more than 30 minutes are extremely critical for this project, due to the specifics of production and technological processes. This affected the speed of the switchover.

For the correct execution of construction and installation works by our company, a set of working design documentation was developed and agreed with the customer. Based on the design results, the TE.1200S-T10500-2R diesel generator set manufactured by Techexpo was selected.

The diesel power plant is made in an all-welded container of the «North» type with dimensions of 16000x2600x3100 mm and insulation thickness of 100 mm. The station is equipped with protective distribution device 10kV, as well as cable products, materials for laying and connecting cables, materials for manufacturing and installing a grounding system and lightning protection container.

An industrial muffler, bellows compensator, ~220V coolant heater, electric starter system of the engine, and an automatic charger for a set of batteries were also supplied in the diesel power plant kit.
