According to the project, the following were delivered:
- NM-2500-T6300/400 load bank;
- Low-frame semi-trailer;
- A set of spare parts (two sets of tools for the load bank’s maintenance, a trailer jack, a spare wheel, anti-rollback stops, a set of inductive elements, a set of resistive elements);
- A set of low-voltage cables with a rated voltage of 0.4 kV with a total length of 960 meters;
- A set of high-voltage cable with a rated voltage of 6.3 kV and a length of 20 meters;
- A complete set of documents in Russian

- The design of the load bank is an all-weather metal container on a low-frame semi-trailer.
The load module allows you to select one of three power inputs for different voltages. – 0,4 / 6,3 / 10,5 kV. It provides an active-reactive load with an adjustable power factor (cos φ) from 0.8 to 0.99.
Container characteristics
The load bank is made in a container design. The container is an all-metal weatherproof shell designed to accommodate the equipment of the load bank.
The container of the load bank is divided into two compartments: the
high-voltage and
the load compartment.
- The high-voltage compartment contains the input of high-voltage cables, a high-voltage cell and a three-phase dry step-down transformer.
- The load compartment contains a low-voltage cable entry, a control panel, a reactive load section and an active load section.
- The entrances to the compartments are equipped with folding ladders. Doors and hatches are equipped with rubber seals.
- The compartments of the container are equipped with lighting, ventilation and heating systems.
- The active load section is made using specialized wire resistive elements of the “РКН-1225763” type.
- The reactive load section is made using inductive chokes.

The load bank is controlled from the control panel, the front panel of which is located on the outer wall of the container. The load bank provides remote control using the supplied laptop.
Characteristics of the semi-trailer
The load bank is mounted on a low-frame three-axle semi-trailer. The semi-trailer is equipped with a spring-loaded balancing suspension and an air brake system with EBS. To install a semi-trailer complete with a load bank, six screw outriggers and two additional outriggers are provided on the site for parking a semi-trailer without a load bank.
Tests
To confirm the declared performance characteristics of the equipment the following tests were carried out:
- Acceptance (factory) tests at the manufacturer's site;
- Acceptance tests at the Customer's site;
All tests were carried out according to the program and test procedure agreed with the Customer.
The briefing
At the request of the Customer, Techexpo LLC specialists provided instructions on the design, operation and maintenance of the load bank and its systems.
Warranty
The warranty period of the load bank is at least 24 months from the date of shipment.
