The maintenance contract for Nokian Tyres diesel gensets was prolonged for 4 years

Nokian Tyres LLC company is a recognized manufacturer of innovative tyres for passenger, commercial and freight vehicles, as well as industrial tyres for heavy equipment - from 2016 it has been a constant client of Techexpo LLC.

This year, the contract for the maintenance of a diesel generator with a total capacity of 840 kW has been extended until 2022.

We have two diesel generators under maintenance, which belong to Nokian Tyres LLC:

• AKSA APD-275C, 200 kW rated power;
• Caterpillar 800 F, 640 kW rated power

Every 400 m/h or once a year, whichever comes first, Techexpo specialists carry out generator maintenance, which includes:

Checking the state of all systems of the diesel generator:

• cooling and radiator systems
• crankcase exhaust systems
• fuel system for leaks, splitting of fuel lines
• generator, charging generator, power generator, starter motor, coolant heater, static charger, battery and terminal status.
• level and condition of service fluids, pressure and oil level in the engine.
• state of the drive belt for cracks, abrasions, splitting;
• tightness of joints and clamps

The maintenance also includes the replacement of service fluids and filters – oil, fuel, air ones.
