In 2021, Techexpo LLC manufactured a 4 MW power supply package for the Baltic gas chemical complex in Ust Luga. We delivered two high-voltage containerized DGs by 2 MW with prefabricated unilateral maintenance chambers - block automated containerized gensets ТE.1800S-Т10500-2RN (BACG). The diesel gensets are powered by a Mitsubishi series S16R2 engine and a TH528G current generator, voltage 10,5 kV, with current and voltage transformers. The power supply package is controlled by a panel for parallel operation DSE 8610. A high-voltage generator cell with a voltage transformer ensures the parallel operation of the diesel genset with each other. The cell is mounted inside the container and tied with DG cables. A 1000 l fuel tank with an automatic fuel pumping system from an external tank is provided, as well as a set of spare parts and accessories for 3000 hours, filters (oil, fuel, air). BACG functioning: The power supply of the container’s auxiliaries boards is carried out from the external network. Emergency lighting and sockets are powered by genset batteries. At low weather temperatures, the heating system automatically maintains the temperature in the BACG set by the thermostats. When the temperature inside the container reaches about +25°C (determined by the thermostat setting), the exhaust valve opens. Ventilation in the container is carried out using unified air-intake valves. When the genset starts, the control signal is given to the supply unified air intake valve drive, which opens immediately upon starting the genset. In this case, all ventilation hatches should be open. The genset also stops automatically if the air temperature in the container is more than 50 C. Fire extinguishing and security alarm systems have their own battery and are in standby mode. In the event of a fire, unified air-intake valves are de-energized and spring-return electric drives close them. At the same time, a command is given to stop the genset (if it is working). The fire extinguishing system is triggered. |
