Delivering noise-proof enclosed diesel gensets for Gazprom neft filling station chain

Techexpo LLC won the tender for diesel genset delivery for Gazprom neft filling station chain in 2019-2020. Reliable noise proof enclosed diesel gensets will be delivered for the needs of Gazpromneft-Center LLC.

Under the concluded contract, in September 2019, the Techexpo company delivered an 80 kW ТE.80S-Т400-2RN Iveco diesel genset for the needs of Gazpromneft-Center LLC to the Krasnodar Territory.

The Techexpo company delivers enclosed diesel gensets. A compact design is suitable for installation on an open site, a vehicle frame, and is also easily integrated into the systems of civil, industrial and commercial facilities.

The major advantages of a protective enclosure: light-weight construction, dust- and moisture protection, as well as high sound insulation.

A durable sound-proof all-welded enclosure is made from 1-2 mm carbon metal. It is leak-proof and rain protected (IP23). The doors are protected against rainfalls with peaks and fitted with a rubber gasket.

A hot-setting powder coat additionally protects the enclosure against corrosion and provides its durability. The coat thickness - 120-150 µm. The powder coating makes it possible to create a palette with over 5000 colors. A reinforced all-welded carbon steel frame with an inbuilt fuel tank rated for daily fuel reserve is the base for the GP diesel genset enclosure.

Diesel gensets in this enclosure are mobile and easily transportable. They are fitted with dismountable lifting hooks. Also, the enclosure has pockets for fork lifters. Openings in the frame legs are for diesel genset attachment to the foundation.

The genset sound insulation is provided by:

• A critical muffler with the noise suppression level of 30 dB (А) and 45 dB (А) 
• A 1-class noise-proofing material of the enclosure.
• A flexible exhaust pipe providing heat insulation with a mineral sealer.
• A degassing system through which the genset exhaust gas comes out.
• The exhaust air grid is located above, which also reduces the level of genset operation noise.
• Anti-vibration mounts. They are placed between the generator unit and the frame.

The enclosure design provides easy access to the genset control components and diesel generator basic assemblies and sets for repair or maintenance.

The front removable door is designed for access to the muffler and radiator. Side swing doors provide free access to the engine and generator. The fuel tank filler neck cap, the cap for filling the cooling fluid are located outside the enclosure. The oil tank drain plug is under the frame.

The genset control panel, the power electrical board are hidden behind the door with a viewport providing the visual check of control panel parameters. The door is protected with a lock and closed with a key. The enclosure is additionally protected from unauthorized access to diesel genset elements. The doors are fitted with durable hinges and doorknobs with a lock, process liquid tank covers are protected with a lock.
