Techexpo LLC provides power supply on a turnkey basis: as a general contractor, it performs work for a fixed price and assumes the risks of its implementation from the moment of design until the moment the finished object is handed over to the customer.

Techexpo LLC is not only a manufacturer of generator sets (diesel gensets in casings and containers), but also an integrator of energy solutions (construction, installation and electrical works).

A certificate of admission to design work gives us the right to perform engineering surveys, preparation of design documentation worth up to 25 million rubles, and a certificate of admission to construction work gives us the right to work on construction , reconstruction and major repairs worth up to 500 million rubles.

Our production complex produces 300 items per year - containers, diesel generators, automatic transmission systems for diesel generators. Special technical conditions TU 27.11.31-001-23041585-2018 have been developed for diesel generator sets manufactured by Techexpo LLC.

Techexpo LLC engineering center designs power supply systems:

• Diesel generator sets, including those with UPS for consumers of I category of reliability.
• Transformer substations, LV switchgear, single-end service assembled chambers, Input switching devices, ALT.
• Dispatching and remote monitoring systems, parallel operation of diesel generator sets.
• Designing an automated process control system with the introduction of SCADA, programming control panels for diesel generators, organizing remote monitoring, integrating a video surveillance system, incl. Trassir.
• Technical expertise: instrumental examination to determine the actual loads and impacts on the structure, verification calculations of the base plate under the object, technical analysis of the foundation and soils of the structure foundation.

The service department of Techexpo LLC carries out construction and electrical works:

1. Excavation works: soil excavation, sand base arrangement, concrete preparation arrangement, foundation reinforcement arrangement, concrete pouring, waterproofing.
2. Construction works: overhaul of buildings (we have a license from Committee on State Control Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Landmarks of St. Petersburg- Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation), diamond drilling in reinforced concrete floors, dismantling of emergency structures, laying asphalt, landscaping.
3. Installation of additional equipment laying pipelines, installing fuel tanks, gas exhaust systems, dry coolers, fire and security alarms, automatic fire extinguishing systems (aerosol and gas), split-air conditioning systems, automatic supply and exhaust ventilation.
4. Electrical work: laying a cable route from a diesel generator set, installing a foundation ground loop, assembling and connecting automatic load transfer switchboards.
5. Commissioning, testing with load modules of up to 2 MW, acceptance tests and obtaining Rostekhnadzor approval.
6. Service maintenance of DGSs, gas powered electrical generators, UPSs, dynamic UPSs, transformer substations (cells checking, measurements, retightening contact connections).
